FUNCTIONAL ATE CONSOLE




Basic Description

This system is a 19" rack and stack functional ATE system based on proprietary instrumentation and power supplies. The system is controlled by an HP workstation which uses FTM300 and HP Basic. A range of products can be tested by changing the test interface adaptor.

MTC's involvement

MTC manufactured the system from a design provided by the customer and wrote a suite of software for production test of modules from the Challenger Tank TOGS system and Trident Submarine Periscope. MTC also generated support documentation such that it can be maintanied well into the future.
