P.C. LOW COST TEST SYSTEM





Basic Description

This system was produced for a large P.C. manufacturer and tests every aspect of a modern computer motherboard. Each system can be set up to test a large range of boards. Facility to enable 2 fixtures to be connected, which shortens test time. The system features Hewlett Packard DMM, Timer-Counter, custom D.C. voltage distribution units. P.C. controlled with network facility. Compact design.

MTC's Involvement

MTC were contracted to develop a prototype system supplied by the customer into a reliable and flexible system for shop floor use. MTC have produced a number of duplicates of the system shown and developed and manufactured larger systems with enhanced features.
